ovens ‘N’ platters is a cozy café tucked away on Nana Mava Main Road, just a short stroll from Amritsari Hatti in Rajkot. The space makes clever use of its compact footprint, with a minimalistic yet thoughtfully curated interior where living plants and a muted color palette create a calming, almost gallery-like vibe. It feels like a quiet nook in the city—a spot for easy conversation or a low-key solo break.

This café leans into a diverse menu, balancing Indian comfort with continental touches. Among the standouts are their grilled paneer rice platter, which locals often come back for, and a range of Mexican-inspired dishes like enchiladas that add a bit of zest to the typical café fare. If you're here to sip, both their Irani chai and coffee selections draw attention; the iced Americano and their house coffee beans seem to resonate especially with coffee enthusiasts. Aglio e Olio pasta and the hummus platter provide lighter yet satisfying options, catering to a variety of palates.

Visitors appreciate the laid-back atmosphere — it’s not a loud or crowded hangout but instead suits an afternoon spent unwinding with a book or catching up with friends over a casually crafted meal. Seating is comfortable though limited, so quieter off-peak hours might work best if you want extra breathing room. Service leans on the friendly side, with staff and the owner known for being approachable and down-to-earth, contributing to the welcoming feeling.

Regulars tend to be people who enjoy eateries that blend good food with a visually pleasing environment, somewhere to recharge during the day. Despite the snug space, the café’s use of an existing wall element and subtle decorative touches create an ambiance that feels thoughtfully designed rather than cramped.

Honest take. The minimalistic decor with life plants may be spaced deprived, but don't be fooled – it's a visual magic, with a beautiful colour palletted interior design. Who needs four walls when you can make magic with three? This place used an existing wall, turning it into an integral part of the ambiance. It's like dining in a rail track with small gravel under your foot. Crunch food in your mouth and stones under your feet. Crunch!! Crunch! Crunch!! Now, let me talk about the staff with manners sharper than a chef's knife, and the owner's personality? She was very cheerful with wits enough to put a smile on a lemon's face. They serve up hospitality with a side of humor if you visit the washroom (which honestly, I think you should). And speaking of dishes, the food here is not just a meal; The quality screams FRESH - fresh cheese and veggies, with flavors dancing on your taste buds like they've been rehearsing only for your pleasure. They do not take forever to serve. You blink, and your order is ready – its like they have the flash working as a chef for them. Ovens and Platter doesn't just cater to your romantic outings (I was there with my partner ) they are family friendly and more pocket friendly. In a world where less is more, Ovens and Platter proves that sometimes, less is everything you need. 3 walls and an overn i guess. Overall, 8/10 ratings.

Cozy and cute cafe with plenty of options of food. All the items we had tasted excellent. Their platters and Mexican food is famous and must try. Also their Vietnamese coffee is something unique from normal coffees in town while their normal coffees are also equally good. I personally liked the coffee there being a coffee person. The sitting is quite comfortable and the staff serving food were welcoming and friendly. Overall a very good place to chill and have some quality food along.

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting this remarkable place, and I immediately felt enveloped by a sense of calm and positive energy upon entering. The ambiance exuded tranquility, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. I was particularly impressed by the stunning interiors, which combined modern design elements with a cozy atmosphere, creating a welcoming environment that invites you to stay awhile. As for the food, I indulged in the grilled rice and paneer platter, as well as the white sauce pasta. Both dishes were not only delicious but also generously portioned, ensuring that I truly savored every bite. The flavors were well-balanced, and I could tell that care had been taken in their preparation. Overall, I absolutely loved my experience at this place and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a peaceful setting. The staff were also extremely cooperative and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience.

The place is simple and cute and the atmosphere is nice....service can be better. The food is almost good. We tried their pasta, hummus platter, and fries. The hummus was nice but not a fan of the platter. The pasta was okay and the fries were also fine. Their paneer rice platter is most famous....though we couldn't try it that day but its delicious thats for sure. Overall, a nice experience I would say....but not the one that would keep me revisiting again and again.....Once in a while is fine
